UK Delegation to BIO-Europe 2010

Before you start:
1. We charge a management fee of £300 per company for each UK delegation. If you join the BioPartnership Programme now, we will waive your Management Fee on both the BIO-Europe and BIO-Europe Spring UK Delegations, and give you extended fee payment terms plus access to further discounts worth over £1,000.
2. If you apply for a TAP grant and are successful, you must pay the Management Fee regardless. This goes to cover some of our costs in supporting your attendance. If you have already paid your BioPartnership Programme dues, you can use this to cover the UK Delegation fee as long as you have not already taken up any other discounts within the membership year. You will then need to rejoin the BioPartnership Programme before further discounts can be applied.

All applicants must complete this form in order to take advantage of the UK Delegation benefits. If you wish to claim TAP funding, please complete Form B as well.

Part 1: What you will pay

	A. Management Fee		£300 (free for BioPartnership Programme Members)
	B. VAT @ 17.5% =		£52.50


	C. Conference fees: Select from one of the following options:

	UK Delegation only
	Per delegate		€1,395*
	Select number of delegates
	Exhibition space plus UK Delegation
	Exhibition fee (6sq m booth + 1 delegate pass)		€4,800
	Select

	Select number of delegates (minimum 1)

	You pay A+B+C. (BioPartnership Programme members: C only)
	*Discounted registration fees. For exhibitors, atleast 1 delegate must be selected in addition to the free pass. Note that exchange rate fluctuations may affect the final amount you pay. BioPartner will take care of European VAT requirements.

Your company may be eligible for grant assistance to attend the conference under the Tradeshow Access Programme.
